Scheduling
Your Appointment
If your dentist or physician referred
you directly to one of our surgeons, let us know so
we can schedule your appointment with the proper doctor.
If you do not have a preference, you will be scheduled
with the doctor who has the first available appointment
or has special expertise with your condition. Every
effort will be made to accommodate
your schedule.
We would like
to verify your insurance coverage prior to your first
visit. Please have your insurance information available,
including insurance phone number and policy ID numbers,
when you call to schedule your appointment.
If you must cancel your appointment,
please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we
may accommodate other patients.
Occasionally,
we must reschedule appointments because of emergency
cases. We ask for your understanding if we must reschedule
yours. We will give you as much notice as possible.
